DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, I-pet will gladly issue a full refund (product cost + shipping cost) or replacement as long as it's within 7 days of an order being delivered. The only requirement is proof of the damaged or defective product in the form of a high-quality image or video. PRODUCT LOST / STOLEN

There are some things that are simply out of our control. Very rarely, an order may be lost in transit or stolen. In this case, we'll work with you to do what we can to make things right.
